Clary Sage has a euphoric effect that makes it a useful oil for treating work-related tension and fatigue. The benefits of this oil have been recognised since the birth of Christ. It was one of the Anglo Saxons’ nine sacred herbs and by the 16th century it was widely grown and used as a therapeutic tonic. Avoid in pregnancy.
